Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the estimation team, ensuring accurate & timely bid preparation.

• Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Oversee project cost analysis & provide accurate estimations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations & industry standards.

• Provide strategic input to senior management, aligning with business growth plans.

Requirements – Who Should Apply?

✔ 15+ years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 6 years in the UAE.
✔ Strong track record of managing bids for large-scale projects.
✔ Expertise in estimation software (Candy) & cost analysis.
✔ Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
✔ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
