Wanzl Middle East FZE is seeking an Estimation Manager to lead and manage the estimation process for projects across the MENA region. The role involves preparing cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring competitive and accurate proposals for multi-disciplinary projects in sectors like retail, airport, material handling, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for projects across multiple divisions.

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure accurate proposals.

• Lead tendering process and submit competitive bids.

• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project management teams.

• Interact with clients, attend site visits, and support contract negotiations.

• Maintain estimation tools, templates, and databases.

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

• Generate reports on estimation activities, bid status, and win/loss analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field.

• PMP / PMI Certification is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation within shopfitting, retail, material handling, airport, access control, or hospitality sectors.

• Experience in Civil, MEP, or Joinery works is essential.

• Proven ability to manage estimation for multi-disciplinary projects in the MENA region.

• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Office, and SAP.

• Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English; Indian Nationals preferred.
