Al Ramz Capital L.L.C, a leading brokerage firm in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is seeking an experienced Equity Trader to join their High Net Worth (HNW) & Retail Brokerage team. This full-time, on-site role involves executing trading activities, managing high-value client portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trading Activities: Execute buy/sell orders, monitor stock price fluctuations, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.

• Quality Management: Deliver high-quality trading services, monitor market trends, and implement trading strategies to maximize client returns.

• Report Management: Prepare and maintain reports summarizing daily transactions, earnings, and client account activities. Coordinate delivery of share certificates and maintain reports on holdings, interests, fees, and commissions.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all trading operations adhere to SCA, DFM/ADX regulations, and internal company policies. Verify client identities and minimize errors or fraud.

• Client Relationship Management: Provide stock analysis, financial advice, and professional insights to clients. Build strong relationships with key accounts.

• New Client Acquisition: Attract new client portfolios and AUM, promote company services, and drive revenue growth.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Financial and stock market trading knowledge, including derivatives and exposure to SCA, DFM/ADX regulations.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Excellent communication in both English and Arabic.

• Integrity, teamwork, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid SCA Broker License (priority will be given to licensed candidates).

• Proven experience in high-value brokerage trading.
