SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Digital Delivery / BIM Manager to lead the digital transformation of a flagship metro project in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role is critical to overseeing BIM strategies, model coordination, and the implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE). The role requires extensive experience in managing BIM for large infrastructure projects, especially within the GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in alignment with project/client requirements

• Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination, including clash detection and model validation

• Oversee governance and maintenance of CDE platforms such as ProjectWise, Aconex, and BIM 360

• Ensure consistency in model structures, Level of Detail (LOD), naming conventions, and data protocols

• Support BIM integration with digital twin, asset management, and quantity take-off processes

Skills Required:

• MSc/BSc in Engineering, Architecture, or Digital/BIM Management

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing BIM and digital delivery on major rail/infrastructure projects

• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and IFC coordination workflows

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Solibri, and CDE platforms

• Experience with GCC mega-projects is essential; prior RTA project exposure preferred
