Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.

• Secure entrances and patrol both inside and outside the client’s premises.

• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.

• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.

• Report suspicious activity clearly and quickly.

• Provide detailed written witness reports.

Security Officer Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and proficient in computer/technology skills.

• Ability to interact professionally with individuals.

• High attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant.

• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required for Driver Certification.
