Revolut, a global fintech leader, is hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to drive the launch and scaling of new financial products at 10x speed. This role is ideal for a visionary startup founder or product leader with a track record of building and managing high-growth digital ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch new financial products from ideation to execution.

• Own the entire product P&L, from strategy, revenue model, and growth to optimization.

• Lead the end-to-end product journey, working with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams.

• Turn around underperforming products and unlock new growth opportunities.

• Hire and lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and a results-driven culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• STEM degree or equivalent from a top-tier university.

• 4+ years of experience in a high-growth tech startup, consulting, investment banking, or VC-backed venture.

• 2+ years of experience as a startup founder or co-founder.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.

• Experience leading and managing teams of 10+ people.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bonus: Experience raising funding from VCs or PE firms, coding skills (SQL, Python, R), or financial services experience.
