Revolut is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead the development and scaling of new innovative products. The role involves owning the entire product journey, from strategy and development to market execution. Ideal candidates will have a strong entrepreneurial background with experience in building products from scratch and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development:

  • Develop new products from scratch or lead the turnaround of underperforming products.

  • Own the product P&L, including strategy, revenue models, growth, and optimization.

  • Manage the full product journey, including ideation, design, development, and launch.

• Team Leadership:

  • Hire high-quality talent and set team goals and roadmaps.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s to ensure team performance and alignment with objectives.

• Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in STEM or a highly quantitative field from a top-tier university.

• Experience:

  • 4+ years in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth tech startup, top-tier strategy consulting, or investment banking.

  • 2+ years of startup experience as a founder or co-founder.

  • Proven track record of launching tech/digital products and managing teams of 10+ individuals.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience raising funding for a startup from recognized PE/VC or admission to Y Combinator.

• A master’s degree from a top-tier university.

• Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R.

• Experience or interest in financial services.
