Couchbase, a leader in NoSQL database technology, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative in Dubai. This remote-based role focuses on selling Couchbase’s Capella platform, a high-performance cloud database solution tailored for AI-driven applications. The role involves new business acquisition, account management, and solution-based sales across the UAE and Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Uncover and close new and existing business to meet revenue targets.

• Present Couchbase solutions to potential clients and demonstrate product value.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring growth opportunities.

• Manage enterprise sales opportunities and accurate forecasting via Salesforce.

• Drive sales of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Strategic Account Management:

• Develop and manage pipeline opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Leverage SaaS and hyperscaler expertise to engage enterprise clients.

• Utilize MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies to qualify and close deals.

• Educate customers on Couchbase’s modern cloud database solutions.

• Stay updated on database and developer trends to better position Couchbase products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, managing complex key accounts.

• Experience in SaaS sales or hyperscaler-based cloud services preferred.

• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Database or developer sales experience is advantageous.

• Self-motivated and results-driven individual.
