Automation Anywhere, a global leader in AI-powered process automation, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive in Dubai. The role involves selling intelligent automation solutions, managing enterprise sales cycles, and driving new business opportunities. Candidates must have strong consultative sales experience, deep knowledge of enterprise software, and expertise in automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Own revenue generation, develop new business, and manage enterprise accounts.

Conduct on-site and remote meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and engage C-level decision-makers.

Drive process automation adoption through solution-based selling.

Collaborate with technical teams, sales engineers, and partners to present automation solutions.

Manage full sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals.

Work with channel partners (Big 4 advisories, system integrators) to expand reach.

Ensure monthly forecasting, reporting, and business metrics are met.
Job Requirements:
📌 Essential Requirements:

8+ years of experience in full-cycle enterprise software sales.

Strong background in consultative sales and business process automation.

Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or related automation technologies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging senior executives.

Proficiency in Salesforce and sales management tools.
📌 Desirable Requirements:

Experience selling to healthcare, financial services, or large enterprises.

Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and cloud automation.

Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Willingness to travel 25-50% when required.
