Enterprise Risk Management Manager
e7 Group Abu Dhabi , UAE

As the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager at e7 Group, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust ERM framework to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the identification and mitigation of enterprise-wide risks, develop strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, promote a risk-aware culture, and play a key role in business continuity planning and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment and prioritization of strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.

  • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Establish and continuously improve ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • Educate internal stakeholders on risk principles and promote a risk-aware culture.

  • Prepare risk reports for senior management and the board.

  • Collaborate with auditors and departments to ensure accurate risk reporting.

  • Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Recommend improvements to company policies and procedures.

  • Prepare MIS and analytical reports to support risk management decisions.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise risk management or related fields.

  • Certification such as CRM, FRM, or ARM is a plus.

  • Experience in printing, publishing, or related sectors is advantageous.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of risk principles and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in preparing clear, visually appealing reports and slide decks.

  • Relationship management and team leadership capabilities.

  • Independence, organizational awareness, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
