Job Title: ENT Specialist – Otolaryngology Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Otolaryngology Consultant, you will diagnose, treat, and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat (ENT), head, and neck while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct comprehensive examinations of the ear, nose, and throat to diagnose medical conditions.
🔹 Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and blood tests.
🔹 Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses.
🔹 Perform surgical procedures, including minor and major ENT surgeries.
🔹 Monitor patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide post-operative care.
🔹 Educate patients on treatment options, preventative care, and long-term management of ENT conditions.
🔹 Stay updated on advancements in ENT treatments and implement the latest medical techniques.
🔹 Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic patient care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Medical degree with completed residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT).
✔ Board certification in Otolaryngology.
✔ Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
✔ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ENT Specialist.
✔ Expertise in diagnostic techniques, surgical procedures, and patient management.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and modern healthcare software.
✔ Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
