The role requires a dedicated professional with strong academic credentials, proven leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of English curriculum standards. This position is ideal for educators with prior UAE school experience and a commitment to advancing academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate English curriculum development and implementation in line with CBSE standards.

• Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and educational guidelines.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to English teaching staff, enhancing instructional quality.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve teaching practices to ensure high academic outcomes.

• Stay updated with educational trends and integrate best practices into the curriculum.

• Collaborate with school leadership to plan, review, and execute academic strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in English along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English.

• Strong leadership qualities and excellent command of the English language.

• Minimum 4 years of teaching/coordinating experience in the UAE.

• In-depth knowledge of CBSE academic standards and KHDA requirements.

• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and academic planning.

• Must be physically present in the UAE.

• Preference for candidates available to join by February 2025.
