Delta Hotels Jumeirah Beach Dubai is hiring an Engineering Shift Leader to oversee boiler operations, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance. The role requires technical expertise in equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and emergency response to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Monitor and inspect boiler systems, alarms, meters, and safety devices.
🔹 Maintain water, chemical, and fuel levels in boilers for optimal operation.
🔹 Perform preventive maintenance on appliances, electronics, and hotel equipment.
🔹 Maintain logs of daily operations, safety activities, and equipment malfunctions.
🔹 Report major maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents to the supervisor.
🔹 Assist local authorities during emergencies and natural disasters.
🔹 Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in engineering or maintenance.
  ✅ Required Certifications:
• Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
  ✅ Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Physical fitness to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
