Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable, cloud-based software applications

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Infrastructure, and Strategy teams

• Lead engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, test automation

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

• Own non-functional requirements, system quality, and technical debt

• Maintain top-tier security across platforms and infrastructure

• Drive team growth, mentoring, and foster engineering excellence

• Contribute to hiring and building high-performance tech teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• 8+ years of full-stack or backend software development experience

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems

• Hands-on with high-traffic, scalable web apps

• Proficient in modern technologies (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Objective C)

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and design patterns

• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
