Candidate Requirements:

• Recently graduated with a Degree in an Engineering-related subject.

• Keen interest in developing a career in Construction Claims and Dispute Resolution.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), MS Project, and Primavera P3/P6 (preferred but not essential).

• UAE National with fluent proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
