Job Title: Engineering Director 

Job Description:

A leading Pharmaceutical company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to oversee engineering operations, project execution, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee project management from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.

• Lead engineering teams in design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems and facilities.

• Manage and optimize the engineering department budget.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international pharmaceutical standards.

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Open to candidates currently in or willing to relocate to the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
