Job Description:
A leading pharmaceutical company in the UAE is seeking an Engineering Director to oversee engineering operations, project execution, and regulatory compliance within its manufacturing facilities. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead engineering teams in designing, installing, and maintaining manufacturing systems, utilities, and facilities.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-optimization for engineering operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven expertise in engineering project management and team leadership.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
