Nortal, a global strategic change and technology company, is hiring an Engagement Manager in Dubai. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital consulting, product development, and project portfolio management, driving successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and grow a portfolio of projects within a specific customer segment.
🔹 Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet expectations.
🔹 Develop long-term client relationships and position Nortal as a key partner.
🔹 Set up governance, delivery processes, and performance tracking.
🔹 Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully.
🔹 Present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders.
🔹 Build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules.
🔹 Work closely with international teams and travel frequently across the Middle East.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in business sector or project portfolio management.
✔ Proven track record in managing complex digital innovation projects.
✔ Background in digital consulting and product development.
✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
✔ Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing international teams.
✔ Ability to build and maintain sustainable client accounts.
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Willingness to travel frequently in the Middle East.
✔ Readiness to relocate to Oman or Saudi Arabia is a plus.
✔ Prior work experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.
