Lockton, a leading global insurance broker, is seeking an Energy Specialist to join its growing MENA risk solutions team in Dubai. This role is key to strengthening Lockton’s energy wholesale capabilities by developing client relationships, supporting retail offices, and collaborating with the wholesale placement team to deliver tailored energy program solutions. The position requires strong expertise in energy insurance markets, client advisory, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing advice on energy-related program solutions for large and complex clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and strategic partners.

• Oversee premium collection and compliance with service requirements.

• Manage and support the team’s renewal allocation process.

• Represent Lockton MENA at industry conferences and seminars (AIRMIC, FERMA, RIMS, etc.) and collaborate with UK/USA teams.

• Travel regionally as required to strengthen market presence and client relationships.

• Collaborate with retail offices to develop value propositions, pipelines, and territories for business expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in local and global energy insurance markets.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and broking processes.

• Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies in wholesale and retail markets.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
