Mubadala Health – Dubai, a leading multidisciplinary healthcare facility, is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing perioperative, acute, and intensive care treatments. The role requires assisting in complex procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, and seamless coordination of care with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Patient Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments, ensuring personalized care plans.
🔹 Specialized Nursing Care: Provide expert perioperative, acute, and intensive care nursing support.
🔹 Medication Administration: Safely administer and monitor all types of medications in compliance with hospital protocols.
🔹 Patient Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and medical teams to optimize patient care and escalate when necessary.
🔹 Medical Equipment Management: Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safety checks of medical equipment and supplies.
🔹 Patient Experience Enhancement: Address patient concerns, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to a compassionate and seamless patient journey.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR Associate degree (Canada/USA) with NCLEX-RN or equivalent licensing exam.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a healthcare setting.
✅ Licensing: Must have a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or DOH (Department of Health) license to practice in the UAE.
✅ Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities in high-pressure medical environments.
