End-user Account Manager – Africa & Middle East (non-GCC)
ASUS Dubai , UAE

ASUS is seeking an entrepreneurial End-user Account Manager to drive direct business development across Africa and the Middle East (non-GCC), focusing on large enterprise accounts, government entities, and educational institutions. Based in Dubai, the role involves building a new revenue stream, managing tenders, and establishing ASUS as a trusted partner in strategic growth markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize target accounts and public tenders across key verticals (Government, Education, Enterprise, NGOs).

  • Develop competitive and compliant quotations and proposals for tenders.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target accounts.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals.

  • Analyze market data, assess project feasibility, and support pricing and market entry strategies.

  • Provide market intelligence and regular feedback to regional leadership.

  • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and IT procurement platforms for process and pipeline management.

  • Manage extensive tender documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise/end-user IT hardware sales (PCs, laptops, servers, or solutions).

  • Proven track record in opening new markets, building pipelines, and managing complex tender processes in Africa and/or non-GCC Middle East. East Africa experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong sales negotiation, closing skills, and “hunter” mentality.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Fluent English required; Arabic and/or French a plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, IT procurement, and tender platforms.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

  • Valid UAE residency.
