Chef Middle East, a leading foodservice company in the region, is hiring an Emiratization Specialist to lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives targeted at Emirati nationals. This full-time, on-site role is focused on attracting and nurturing UAE talent, aligning with the company’s commitment to national workforce development. The role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional with experience in Emiratization, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and attract Emirati talent through partnerships with universities, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to roles that align with both their skills and the company’s culture.

• Design and deliver targeted training programs to support the professional growth of Emirati employees.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and career guidance to support young UAE Nationals in achieving long-term career goals.

• Implement and manage fair performance evaluation frameworks to track development and improvement.

• Create clear career pathways and succession plans to ensure the sustained growth of Emirati employees within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Emiratization, recruitment, and employee development in the UAE or broader Middle East region.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing training and development programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
