Ferrero Trading Lux. is offering an exciting opportunity for UAE nationals to join their Emirati Graduate Program as an International Affairs & Corporate Communications Coordinator. Based in Dubai, this hybrid role provides an exceptional platform to kickstart your career in international relations, corporate communication, and public affairs within the dynamic FMCG industry. You will play an integral role in developing and implementing communication strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting corporate initiatives across diverse markets.

As a part of this graduate program, you will gain valuable exposure to the global business environment and contribute to the enhancement of Ferrero’s brand presence and corporate reputation across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating internal and external corporate communications to support Ferrero’s corporate image and brand positioning in the MENA region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including media, government bodies, and industry influencers.

• Support the execution of global and regional public affairs strategies to align with Ferrero’s corporate objectives.

• Coordinate communication efforts related to international affairs and global partnerships.

• Provide administrative support for corporate events, media outreach, and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare reports and assist with the analysis of communication activities and public relations campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and strategy.

• Participate in strategic projects to enhance Ferrero’s public relations and corporate affairs initiatives.

Requirements:

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in corporate communication, international relations, and public affairs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
