A leading insurance organization in the UAE is seeking Emirati Fresh Graduates to join as Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious UAE Nationals to start their careers in the insurance sector. The role involves supporting underwriting activities, risk assessments, client relations, documentation, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

Review and carry out risk assessments for new and renewal business within underwriting guidelines.

Prepare property quotations, renewal notices, and summary of benefits for policy issuance.

Submit cases beyond authority limits to senior management.

Maintain strong client and broker relationships, ensuring timely communication.

Liaise with claims and operations teams to support renewals, loss ratio analysis, and system bookings.

Prepare tenders, risk assessment forms, and other documentation as required.

Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Provide management with reports on unit activities, renewals, and compliance.

Cooperate with internal departments and branches for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field).

0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Full professional proficiency in English.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
