Job Description:
As an Emergency Responder, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate ambulance activation in response to emergency calls. You will coordinate with ambulance teams and support authorities, ensuring efficient communication and lifesaving operations. This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive data from the medical dispatcher and activate the most appropriate ambulance based on location and criteria.

• Monitor ambulance operations from dispatch until task completion.

• Request support from competent authorities (police, rescue, civil defense, air rescue) when needed.

• Update event data, including correct location, arrival time, and service duration.

Qualifications:

• High school certificate.

• Valid driving license with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
