Are you an experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant seeking a dynamic role in a state-of-the-art hospital? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead emergency medical care, oversee patient flow, and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice in a fast-paced Emergency Department (ED).

This role is ideal for a dual-qualified General Practitioner and Emergency Medicine Specialist who excels in triage, critical care, and emergency protocols. You will be part of a premier hospital known for its commitment to excellence and advanced medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality emergency medical care to all patients.
• Supervise the Emergency Department’s operations, ensuring optimal patient flow and timely admissions/discharges.
• Implement and oversee clinical protocols and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with emergency care.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality management, and patient safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Lead continuous professional development, mentoring junior doctors and medical staff.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in medical practice.

Requirements & Skills:

• Medical degree with specialization in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER).
• Expertise in setting up or managing an ER or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Advanced training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
• Experience in handling complex cases and critical situations.
• International experience, particularly in developing countries, is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 60,000 – 75,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
