Job Description:

We are actively seeking skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our emergency response team in Dubai. The successful candidates will provide critical pre-hospital care, ensuring patient stabilization and swift, professional medical intervention during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and determine appropriate emergency medical care using advanced EMT knowledge.

• Administer life-saving procedures such as CPR, defibrillation, oxygen therapy, and emergency medications.

• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, performing regular checks to guarantee functionality.

• Document patient care details meticulously for medical records and legal compliance.

• Collaborate closely with dispatchers, healthcare providers, and emergency teams to ensure smooth communication and coordinated responses.

• Respond efficiently to diverse emergencies including trauma, cardiac arrest, and medical crises.

• Provide compassionate and professional care under pressure in high-stress situations.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on the latest EMT protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Completed an accredited EMT training program and holds current EMT certification.

• Mandatory CPR/BLS certification; advanced certifications (e.g., AEMT) are a plus.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in emergency medical services or related healthcare roles preferred.

• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.

• Excellent command of English; additional language skills are advantageous.

• Strong technical proficiency in medical equipment operation and emergency procedures.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
