Dubai Careers, part of the Smart Dubai Initiative, is seeking qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with DCAS Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). This role involves field operations, patient care, skill competency maintenance, and supporting fellow EMT staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care at EMT level following DCAS protocols.

• Perform duties safely, professionally, and confidentially.

• Follow detailed procedures, manuals, and instructions to make patient care decisions.

• Support and mentor new EMT staff during field orientation.

• Maintain competency in all skills and medications per DCAS EMT Skills and Medication Matrix.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NQA Diploma in EMS OR Bachelor’s in Nursing.

• DCAS MCQ Exam Level 1.

• Current license to practice in home country.

• Must maintain DCAS EMT License.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

• Valid UAE Driver’s License and EVO (Emergency Vehicle Operator) course.

• Nursing applicants: minimum 2 years’ ambulance experience or 3 years in emergency department or ICU.

• Priority given to UAE Nationals.
