Eaton, a global leader in power management solutions, is hiring an EMEA Customer Projects Process Engineer in Dubai. The role focuses on optimizing project delivery processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement. The candidate will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Analyze and optimize project delivery processes to improve efficiency.
🔹 Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions for workflow improvement.
🔹 Define and implement process roadmaps, KPIs, and standardization initiatives.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
🔹 Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across project operations.
🔹 Implement new tools and process enhancements while delivering training.
🔹 Monitor process performance data and suggest improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or Project Management.
  ✅ Industry Expertise:
• Electrical/Mechanical, Utilities, Data Centers, or related industries.
  ✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies & continuous improvement.
• Experience in program management & process standardization.
• Financial & strategic thinking with stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
