Job Title: ELV & IT Systems Engineer 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ELV & IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage advanced Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions and IT infrastructure. The role involves working on a wide range of systems, including CCTV, access control, networking, and structured cabling, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls

• Manage and monitor Windows servers and services for smooth operations

• Perform regular network and security audits to ensure compliance and protection

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime

• Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall, etc.)

• Respond to user tickets, providing remote and on-site technical support

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and system configurations

• Ensure data backups, system updates, and disaster recovery measures are in place

• Support and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and cabling networks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field

• 3+ years of proven experience in ELV and IT systems

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and security systems

• Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security tools

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
