• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to guide and monitor construction activities.

• Coordinate task scheduling and resource allocation with project managers and site supervisors.

• Lead, train, and support a team of electricians, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

• Manage daily operations, track progress, and ensure projects stay within timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with other engineering and construction teams to maintain workflow continuity.

• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and team hours for reporting purposes.

• Ensure compliance with national/local electrical codes and internal company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical supervision within construction environments.

• Certified in electrical safety and first aid, emphasizing commitment to workplace health standards.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.

• Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams on active job sites.
