bp is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for maintenance activities at Anabeeb and Sharjah Airport. This role involves overseeing the serviceability of electrical, instrumentation, SCADA, cathodic protection, and cyber security systems. The supervisor will also ensure compliance with HSSE standards, lead maintenance operations, and contribute to continuous improvement by upgrading critical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔌 Electrical Systems Maintenance – Oversee transformers, LV panels, UPS, and lighting systems.
🔧 Instrumentation & SCADA Systems – Maintain and calibrate SCADA & PLC systems for depot and airport fuel hydrant systems.
🔥 Emergency Systems – Operate and maintain fire/foam pumps and standby diesel generators.
📡 Communication & Security Systems – Manage CCTV, control systems, intercom, and PA systems.
🏗️ Depot Facilities – Maintain A/C, ventilation, and water pump systems.
⚖️ HSSE Mentorship – Enforce safe work permits and participate in safety meetings.
🔨 Vendor Management – Supervise maintenance programs for critical systems like PLC/SCADA and fire fighting systems.
📊 Continuous Improvement – Identify and propose upgrades or replacements for obsolete equipment.

Skills & Experience Required:

📚 Qualifications – Degree in Electrical Engineering (5+ years experience) or a Diploma (8+ years).
🔧 Experience – At least 5 years in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, supervisory experience is preferred.
📐 Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, power distribution, and the ability to read technical diagrams.
💻 Computer Skills – Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP-related software.
🚗 Other Requirements – UAE driving license is required.
