Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Automation Engineer with expertise in offshore vessel systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining electrical and automation systems onboard offshore vessels. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in challenging offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 System Troubleshooting & Servicing – Diagnose and repair electrical and automation issues on offshore vessels.

⚙️ Maintenance & Upkeep – Ensure smooth operation of key systems, including:

• Main Switchboard

• Engine Control System

• Central Alarm System

• Bow Thruster & Main Propulsion System

• Communication System

📜 Technical Documentation – Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for effective troubleshooting.

🛠 Software & Diagnostic Tools – Utilize relevant software and tools to diagnose system issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

📌 Experience – Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical and automation systems, preferably in offshore vessels.

⚡ Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of electrical and automation systems.

📑 Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret schematics and identify issues effectively.
