We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and finalizing a variety of content types, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines. You will play a central role in managing editorial workflows and contributing to the production of high-quality, engaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread content including articles, reports, blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style.

• Rewrite or restructure content for improved clarity and readability.

• Collaborate with writers and other team members to maintain quality and coherence.

• Fact-check content to ensure accuracy and credibility.

• Manage content calendars and meet editorial deadlines.

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.

• Maintain and update internal editorial guidelines.

• Provide feedback to writers to support their professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an editorial role (Editor, Copy Editor, or similar).

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Proficiency in SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and digital publishing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as tech, finance, lifestyle, or healthcare.

• Familiarity with AP, Chicago, or MLA style guides.
