About the Position

Join Chalhoub Group as an Ecommerce Operations Associate and support seamless customer journeys across all omni-channel operations. You will help resolve issues in the order process, enhance operational performance, and support brand growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth customer experiences across all channels

• Communicate process changes to service providers and third parties

• Conduct audits and identify opportunities for operational improvements

• Collaborate with support services to meet service level agreements

• Participate in brand meetings and assist with growth strategies

• Support OMS-related configurations and product team for timely enhancements

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluent in English, Arabic preferred

• Experience with tools like Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, OMS, SFCC

• Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or project management

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Knowledge of the local market is preferred
