Job Title: Ecommerce marketing manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Marketing Manager – E-commerce to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online sales. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital advertising, customer acquisition, and brand growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and execution skills to enhance the online shopping experience and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ E-commerce Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
✅ Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and more.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Utilize email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Leverage influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and boost sales.
✅ Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and website performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
✅ Branding & Content Strategy
- Oversee content marketing, including blog posts, product descriptions, and visual content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Manage social media channels with engaging content to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.
✅ Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers while maximizing retention and repeat purchases.
- Implement personalized marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
✅ Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and collaborate with key industry partners, marketplaces, and platforms to expand brand reach and increase sales.
- Negotiate and manage marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotions.
Key Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager (E-commerce) or similar role.
📌 Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Expertise in performance marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
✔ Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
✔ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
