We are now looking for a passionate Ecommerce Beauty Trainee to support the growth of our direct-to-consumer websites. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in luxury ecommerce, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Manage categories, product launches, SKUs, stock requests, and online promotions.

• Merchandising: Optimize site navigation, product assortment, homepage banners, content, and product pages using sales and customer analytics.

• Stock Management: Monitor inventory, forecast replenishment, and collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Operations: Support ecommerce returns, order fulfillment, bundles/kits setup, and process improvement across channels.

• Customer Experience: Work closely with the customer service team to resolve online shopping, payment, and delivery issues.

• Analytics: Use data insights to improve merchandising, stock planning, and conversion.
