The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Temporary Earned Media Executive to manage PR and influencer marketing campaigns across the Middle East for a 6-month maternity leave cover. The role involves building relationships with influencers, supporting PR campaigns, and tracking campaign performance to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

  • Support the development and execution of PR and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize content reach across digital channels.

  • Manage PR mailings, press materials, and media outreach to secure top-tier coverage.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future activations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong storytelling abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
