British Rose Nursery ECC is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who shares the belief that the early years are crucial for a child’s development. Key Responsibilities:

• Child-Centered Learning:

  • Foster a safe and stimulating environment where children feel secure and inspired to explore.

  • Plan and deliver child-led learning experiences to support individual growth.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other educators to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

  • Participate in team meetings, planning, and reflective practices.

• Family Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families to support children’s development.

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: CACHE Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in early years settings.

• Skills:

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

  • Confident, caring, and committed to child-led learning.

  • Collaborative team player.
