• Manage field operations including engineering design, maintenance, job planning, and operational reporting

• Learn well construction processes and roles of service companies

• Support engineers and specialists with key tasks such as risk analysis

• Manage crews and operational processes effectively within one year

• Prepare wellsite reports and conduct post-job debriefings

• Contribute actively to a continuous improvement culture across the business
