Pawspact is seeking a hands-on, experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize operations across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE-based experience and be immediately available in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage listings and operations on Amazon, Noon, Instashop, Careem, Deliveroo, and Shopify

• Optimize product content, pricing, and visuals for higher sales

• Collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams for inventory and delivery accuracy

• Track and analyze metrics like sales performance, traffic, and conversions

• Run platform-specific promotions and campaigns

• Provide top-tier customer service and respond to reviews and inquiries

• Stay updated on platform policies, tools, and trends

• Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in UAE e-commerce operations

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Instashop, Careem, Deliveroo

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately
