E-Commerce Manager – Fashion Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead and enhance our brand’s online presence within the fashion industry. This role is responsible for driving e-commerce growth, optimizing digital sales channels, and ensuring an engaging online shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s identity. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Sales Growth

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns tailored to fashion consumers.

Website Management & User Experience

  • Oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and user experience standards.
  • Work with designers and IT teams to update content, product descriptions, and images regularly.
  • Optimize the site for conversions, including implementing features such as personalized recommendations, size guides, and seamless checkout experiences.

Inventory & Merchandising Coordination

  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of fashion collections.
  • Use sales data and insights to forecast demand and adjust inventory and product assortments accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Partner with influencers, affiliates, and external platforms to expand the brand’s digital reach.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations based on insights.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, including developers, content creators, and digital marketers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across design, marketing, and product development to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising.
  • Digital Expertise: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: Ability to blend data-driven decision-making with creativity to enhance the online shopping experience.
