HRsource, on behalf of a regional retail group, is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to oversee the brand’s e-commerce sites. The role will focus on driving growth, optimizing the customer journey, and improving conversion rates. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, digital marketing strategies, and enhancing the user experience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online revenue, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.

• Continuously optimize site speed, navigation, checkout processes, and product pages to improve conversion rates (CRO) and user experience (UX).

• Manage product listings, seasonal promotions, and content updates to maximize sales.

• Track and analyze key KPIs, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer acquisition costs.

• Optimize the e-commerce site experience for international markets and explore new growth opportunities.

• Ensure a seamless shopping experience across all digital platforms, including mobile and desktop.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience managing a high-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand.

• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing tools.

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improving UX/UI and checkout processes.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Experience with international e-commerce, including multi-currency, multi-region storefronts, and cross-border logistics.
