E-commerce / HORECA Sales Executive

Organic Foods and Cafe is looking to hire a highly experienced E-commerce / HORECA Sales Executive with a background in FMCG to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage sales operations across online platforms and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) channels. The candidate will play a critical role in sales execution, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction, while also driving business performance using data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and liaise with third-party online vendors such as Amazon, Mumzworld, etc.

  • Oversee and execute e-commerce platform activities including sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing, brand, and e-commerce strategies.

  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process from order placement to delivery.

  • Prepare and manage annual contracts and customer relationship activities.

  • Monitor shelf-life expiry dates, customer satisfaction, website functionality, and damage control.

  • Generate reports and insights using data analytics tools to support business decisions.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and finance for order fulfillment and invoicing.

  • Handle customer credit control and maintain effective documentation and filing systems.

  • Develop strong relationships with retail partners and support upselling strategies.

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for business support and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Management, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales/e-commerce/HORECA role.

  • Valid UAE Driving License with own car (mandatory).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.

  • Ability to handle customer service operations and crisis resolution efficiently.

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and legal documentation processes.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and AI-based apps is an added advantage.
