We are seeking an E-Commerce Expansion Manager to drive the strategic growth of our online retail business across new markets and channels. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on optimizing e-commerce operations, expanding digital presence, and tailoring strategies to diverse regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute expansion strategies for online retail growth in new markets.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance brand visibility and online sales.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns and promotions.

• Optimize e-commerce platform functionalities to align with local consumer preferences.

• Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and cross-border e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management, Business Development, or Market Expansion within the retail fashion sector.

• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and cross-border e-commerce operations.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, marketplace integrations, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.

Salary:

AED 23,000 per month (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications).
