Job Title: E-Commerce Data Entry Operator 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Operator to help manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings. This role is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of IT hardware and a strong eye for detail in online data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and update product listings on the website, including images, specifications, pricing, and descriptions

• Verify and maintain accuracy across all product information

• Coordinate with the technical team for website updates and content management

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales team for stock updates

• Perform basic editing of product images when required

• Maintain structured and organized records of all entered data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware (processors, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, etc.)

• Experience using e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS

• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets

• High attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of photo editing tools like Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory)

• Organized, responsible, and focused on data accuracy
