Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retail and distribution brand in the Middle East, is looking for an E-Commerce Concessions Trainee to join their dynamic team. This role will offer you the opportunity to work alongside top-tier luxury brands and play a key part in enhancing the e-commerce strategies for Chalhoub’s growing portfolio. You will contribute to managing external brand relationships, analyzing data, and executing digital campaigns that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concessions Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with external brand partners through clear communication, regular follow-ups, and project management.

• Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize e-commerce operations.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, deliver, and report on end-to-end e-commerce campaigns in collaboration with content, marketing, and performance teams.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with studio, catalogue, visual merchandising, and content teams to ensure products are showcased and marketed effectively across digital platforms.

• Brand Support: Coordinate with various teams to ensure that brand products are showcased optimally on the website, pushing forward key marketing messages.

Requirements:

• Education: A graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Personality: Confident, outspoken, and comfortable engaging with others, particularly with external brand partners.

• Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Mindset: Capable of analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making and improve performance.

• Experience: Any relevant experience in e-commerce or digital media is a plus, though not mandatory.
