Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Ductmen to join our HVAC/MEP team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in duct fabrication and installation, with the ability to interpret blueprints and operate fabrication tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork based on technical drawings and specifications.

• Operate machinery including brakes, shears, and welding equipment for duct shaping.

• Cut, bend, and form sheet metal using both hand and power tools.

• Inspect ductwork for quality assurance and ensure compliance with project standards.

• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and follow all MEP/HVAC protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Duct Fabricator in HVAC or MEP projects.

• Education: Secondary School / Intermediate School / Any Graduation

• Skills:

  • Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.

  • Proficient in duct fabrication tools and equipment.

  • Precision and craftsmanship in assembling duct systems.

  • Strong work ethic, team player, and ability to work under pressure.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety practices is a plus.
