Carrier Refrigeration, a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions, is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive sales and orders for its Service Retrofit business. This role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and is exclusively for Emirati Nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and order growth for the Service Retrofit business.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (5x target value).
• Manage pipeline through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Lead replacement sales through energy studies and ROI calculations.
• Develop expertise in HVAC Plant Room Solutions, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and residential light commercial equipment (VRF, ducted splits, etc.).

Skills & Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Self-motivated, team player, and result-oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Emirati Nationals only.
