Yas Driving Academy (YDA) is a newly established driving school in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to enhancing road safety through high-quality driver education. We are currently hiring Driving Instructors who are passionate about teaching and road safety. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of driving principles, and the patience to guide learners of varying skill levels.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Duties:

• Deliver practical driving lessons tailored to individual learning styles and skill levels.

• Teach students about vehicle controls, UAE traffic laws, and safe driving techniques.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Prepare students for the Yard Test and UAE driving test.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and progress.

• Communicate effectively with students and guardians regarding performance.

Professional Development:

• Stay up-to-date with driving regulations and best instructional practices.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• License: Valid UAE driving license for the relevant category (light/heavy vehicle, motorcycle) held for at least 5 years.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Record: Clean driving history; must pass a criminal background check.

• Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends.

• Experience as a driving instructor or in education/training roles.

• Valid driving instructor certification.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Patience and adaptability in teaching methods.
